I was rip off out of $1792.00

I apply for a loan online on mid dec for $6000. Someone called me back saying i was approve for $5000. His name was james tucker. He fax me documents for me to sign and fax back. It stated the amount i was approve for and the monthly installments that i had to make. He ask me why i needed the loan i told him it was mostly for xmas expenses for my family.

I was told i had to make a deposit of $896.00 but that the fastest way for me to get my loan in 24 hours was by sending the money through moneygram. I had to make a trip to Nj because theres no walmart around where i live, so i took the ride to RT 46 in nj. After making that payment he transfer me to his manager called david james. James told me that after the lender checking my credit they found a few discrepancies that i had to make an additional deposit of $896.00.

After going back to walmart to make the additional $896 i spoke to mr james and he told me i should have my loan the following morning. The next day came and nothing. I went back and forth with them over the phone i asked for my money back and he said ok but your gonna have to wait till the 2nd of january. When that day arrived i called them and their phone number was not in service so i left work early and went online and their web site was down also.

I havent been able to get any help on how i could get my money back. I still have all the documents, phone number and fax number i just have to look for the fax number and i still have all the receipts from all the moneygram that i went to, and the names that they gave me to put down as a receiver.

Please if you can help me in any way on how to get my money back. Let me know please
