Telecheck, compromiseing my financial identity, credit wrecker, private personal info threatened, illegal deduction from bank account

Telecheck illegally charged my checking account a returned check fee i have overdraft protection the bank returned my funds then 2 months later the they use trs recovery service to swipe the fee out of my account by submitting a blank check made out to them with my account number and name. I have spent much time dealing with these people to no avail. I am guilty untill i prove myself this is unacceptable the people are compromiseing my finances and identity passing my bank info to another company. I now must spend more time closeing my acount and so on and so on, these people are ripping me off and incurring damage to my credit and credibility and i am in need of recouse action. They need to be penalized big big big...
