Ripped off my acct for $150 without my authorization!

I filled out an application for this company online on 1-29-07, and they called me the next day, but when I heard that there was a fee of $149.95 and then $19 per month for this card, I said NO!
They continued to hound me on my cell phone, but then two days later, there was a fee on my online checking account!!!
I called them screaming on 2-2-07, and then said they would refund my money, but NOW I HAVE THREE OVERDRAFT CHARGES!!!
This company should be banned from doing business!
