Ripoff fraudulent crooks stole my money outright should be skinned! Consumer fraud ripoff

I was bank debited 119.00 and 99.00 for a Guarenteed mastercard or visa. I recieved a catalog for merchandise purchases, and NO visa or mastercard, not even an application. These B*ds stole my money, and I want retribution. I am filling a report with the Florida mail fraud dept. Today!!! I encourage everyone else to do so as well!!!
