Have taking 19.95 a month out off my savings acc. Since june without me knowing about it untill today

This company hase been taking 19.95 a month out off my savings acc. Since June until today 1292007 when i went to the bank because they called me and said my savings acc. Was overdrawen by $17.00 i have been geting withdrawlls of 200, 300 dollars i was thinking it was the wife and she was thinking it was me. Now how do i find out who's taking my money and is USA Credit involved??? Does someone have a credit card in my name and using my acc. To pay for it???
