Swindling people, especially the elderly out of hard earned money

Bessie L. Scott, head scam runner for the company of Baramu's Helping Hand has people believing that for a small fee she can clear your deliquent bills. She claims she can handle deliquent utilites, past due rent and mortgage. She also claims she can assist with stopping evictions and foreclosures.

She charges you 20% of your deliquent bill and a $45 service fee. You leave her office with hopes of possibly being relieved of your past due debt.

Upon calling to check status of your issue, she will avoid your calls or tell you she will have to pull your file and call you back and NEVER returns the call.

Information received from an ex-employee is that 1 client were without water for 3 months. 2 clients were evicted. During the winter blast in Dallas, Texas, 3 clients loss their electricity, and 2 clients were without gas in their homes. These were all people who were without money to cover the full bill and went to her with hopes she could assist them in getting the bill taken care of. Yet, she took their money and never attempted to take care of the bill.

When a refund is requested, she will avoid you or have one of her employees give you a bogus reason of why your funds will not be refunded.

It is believed that the business is not a legit. She does not have a Tax ID to validate her business and all receipts sign the money over to her and the funds are deposited into her personal account.

She has been placed under investigation and will possibly change the name of her company in order to keep the scam going.
If the name Bessie L. Scott is heading the company, PLEASE do not give her your business as she WILL NOT DELIVER RESULTS.
