Sent a bogus collection notice to my address for a Verizon communications phone bill that is not mine

I was sent a collection notice for a phone bill that is not mine and i logged onto their website and was asked the account number and the last 4 digits of my ssn which i stupidly put in. Hopefully now my identity will not be stolen if they are able to figure out the first 5 digits of my ssn. If that happens I WILL head straight for them and file a lawsuit. I filed a police report and a report to the FTC as well as my local credit bureau. Is there anything further I can concerning the last 4 digits of my ssn I put into their website???
