They fate out lied to me about a credit card

They called me and tolded me that I could get a credit card from them for a one time prossing of 129.95, and that all I had to do was sign the paper work and pick out the design of my new card.

Then mial the paper work back and I would have my new card in 7 to 10 busnesse days. Then I gave them my bank routing number and checking acount number so that they could have the money transfered for thier so called credit card appication and procceing fee.

All I reseved from them was a 15 page booklet and no credit card appication. On page 15 thier was a list of banks to call with phone numbers.
