For eight months I was charged on my credit card $ 8.95 for a Credit Monitoring service I had no idea I had. Despite never accessing the site, servicing my account or even viewing my account EVER, I was not refunded for the balance... $71.60 what a RIP OFF!
I spoke to an employee over the phone "Alvin" 63614 and he couldn't provide me with any proof of purchase or even account information so I could access my account. RIP OFF!
