Fidelity ATM
Scammed us too

Business & Finance

We were ripped off by Fidelity ATM, Inc. As well. We dealt with Adam Steinberg, Stephen Duffie, Peter Presland, Mathew Inkel and probably a few more.

The company took us for $65,485.00, we were promised delivery of 7 ATM machines, over the course of approximately 2 months the company was seized by the FTC and our entire investment lost. No machines, no money, no nothing.

I have filed complaints with the FTC, Florida Atty General, The State Attorney for the 15th Judicial court (West Palm Beach), the Delray PD, the Sheriffs Dept., the BBB in Florida, Scam.com, and also Florida Bar Assn. And the Dept of Agriculture in Florida.

Anyone else have any other suggestions on who to contact so the individuals of the Fraudulent corporation can be sent to jail, it is unlikey we will see a dime of our investment, at least I can have some satisfaction the criminals are rotting jail!!
