Tired of being ripped off by over-limit fees and fees tacked on to interest - Contact your Senators and Representatives

Are you tired of being ripped-off by credit card companies who intentionally allow you to go over your limit or tack on over-limit fees to interest or on top of overlimit fees?

If so, contact both your state and federal senators and representatives and ask that a law be passed prohibiting this practice. Talking to the company customer service department only wastes your time. Nothing will be accomplished.

Laws allow the practice. Laws can put a stop to it. When department stores actually ran their own credit cards, they NEVER allowed a customer to go over their limit.

We, the victims of this practice, are the first step in solving the problem. These companies make ENRON look like small potatoes as they rip off customers month after month for millions of dollars.

Don't tell your representative your personal story unless they ask. Simply ask that they put forward a bill that will prohibit a company from allowing a customer to go over their limit and from adding overlimit fees on top of interest.
