This unpleasant organization has had $14.95/month-out of my consideration for nearly 24 months. I'm foolish having only observed these unauthorized distributions. The "customer support" workers who reply the telephone (800-475-1942) are ineffective. They can't offer info or paperwork regarding how they began these costs.
