Credit card ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I was given a credit card offer to build up my credit rating, also a card to withdraw cash from my account. I placed my first order for a wooden/iron wrought sleigh bed. It never came.

When I called about the $99.00 times two, along with a $99.99 Withdrawl from my account in December 06. The femal got smart with me and then after debating she offered to send me a $200.00 certificate for my next order.

I already had two, and they also withdrew about $250.00 for down payment, and shipping. When my daughter first sent the application to them an initial $99.00 was withdrawn in November 06.

I called back to get my money back, and Rhonda # 652554 she claimed to be, stated that I could not get my money back, then I told her that I was going to the Better Business Beaur, and she stated she did not care, and slammed the phone down in my face.
