Lack of Foreclosure Notification, Failure to Submit Letter of Intention, Sale of Home to Occur 1/12/07 without Notice Ripoff

I have been unemployed for 5 months. I was proactive in contacting ACS for some type of plan to bring up my arrears. I submitted an income statement to them in September and received a reply via phone from their Loss Mitigation Department. I was advised at that time that my house was in foreclosure as of 12/7/06 (unknown to me) and that the house was up for sale on 1/12/07 (unknown to me). One week prior to the phone conversation with ASC representative, I received a letter from an attorney advising of total amount on loan due.

This company is not to be trusted in their dealings with individuals who have loans through them.
