Promised loan with down payment, did not receive such loan I was Ripoff

I was promised a loan with a collateral payment. Everything was legit in the contract as the person stated. I went on with the instructions. I signed, faxed and sent a money gram to the person, that was a manager for the company. A money gram was sent to Canada as per directed of 5 payments at $247 a month as collateral. Everything occurred from the 9th of November to the 17th of November of this year.

When trying to find out what was going on with the loan, no phone calls were returned. Automized answering service when you call the so-called number stating that your account is on hold. The website provides no contact information, only to fill out a form and someone will contact you. But that is a joke. Expecting a loan that is promised to someone for things one needs in life, and when the other person does not fulfill the other part of the agreement, that really sucks. I want redemption.
