Ripoff dishonest fruadulent credit specialist

My husband and i used this company to help us pay off a debt. We started with the company in August and in December we were still getting treating calls from the credit card company come to find out the credit card company didn't even know that we were going through credit solutions they were not even paying them the money that we already sent to them to start paying off our debt. Now I can't even get the credit specialist that is assigned to our file to return any of my phone calls.
