Ripping off people's checking accounts ripoff

Hi I was a victim of a terrible fraud. Acclaim Mastercard went into my checking account and withdrew $ 159.95 without any permission to do so. I tried to call them but of course no reply.

I went to my bank the same day and at first they were very willing to help. Newtown Savings Bank is my bank. After 1 day all the tables turned and it was me to blame and made to feel like an idiot. They also went as far as to tell me to talk to my 15 year old daughter to see if she did it. I find this totally obscene and can't believe this company is allowed to do this to people.

I have also contacted Connecticut Attorney General Richard Blumenthal, someone if not our banks has to end this misery for people who are actually trying to live a decent life without people stealing from them and banks allowing it to happen.
