Rip-off

Home Eq Servicing are tring to say that we are 3mons behind on 1 of our loans with them. It started out with Litton Loan Servicing and then HomeEq Servicing became our morgage company well that was in july of this year when our loan had got in switched over to the rip-off's

Now there tring to say that we never made our payment for july and they just said something about 1month ago sending us payment stub for $2411.00 never was contacted until 1 month ago

How's that well i sent in for a photo copy of that money order and now that i got it with proof that they are the ones who cashed it they say to fax it over to them and they will research it well every time i fax it i call to see what's up and they said they never recived any fax's i asked to talk with the supervisor and they told me that he was busy that he would return my phone

Call still no call yet i've been tring to call but they say to keep sending the fax. Well i'm tried of this bulls*t all they want me to do is keep spending money on faxing it to them they know there the ones who cash it and are now tring to say they didn't but i got proof on that

I don't know what else to besides take them to court also i paid for 3 months with was $3000.00 dollars well they still say that i owe for december what is that please i need some advice on what maybe i should do about this?
