Asset Acceptance
Charged $4325 more than $3557 Providian card balance

I just want to say first, I think they should re name, their company to ass*e acceptence, because that is what they are. They are ripping me off for, about 4325. Dollars more than iwe. My account was a providian credit card, the amount I owed, was 3557. Dollars. They say all the charges are interest, the account was charged off in I am not a lawyer or a judge, but in my opinion that is stealing money.

It does not seem legal or fair to me, but I am the little man, how can you challenge a billion dollar giant. If any one knows about a class action lawsuit against asset acceptance, please post it on this website, I will gladly join it if, it happens.
