Asset Acceptance
Over charging for credit ard debt

I just want to say first, i think they should re name, there company to ass*e acceptence, because that is what they are. They are ripping me off for, about 4325. Dollars more than iwe. My account was a providian credit card, the amount i owed, was 3557. Dollars. They say all the charges are intrest, the account was charged off in i am not a lawer or a judge, but in my opinion that is stealing money.

It does not seem legal or fair to me, but i am the little man, how can you challenge a billion dollar giant. If any one knows about a class action lawsuit against asset acceptance, please post it on this website, i will gladly join it if, it happens.
