Capitol First aka First Capital aka PMS, etc etc etc raudulent ach debit charges! Ripoff business from hell

Well, I guess you could say welcome to the club! Capital First thinks they got me too.
I recieved a call from a telemarketer, same as the other stories about this co. Offering me credit cards with high limits and dicounts for everything under the sun. They told me my card would be here in ten days, but all I got was a packet of BS. And a letter stating that I had 10 days to respond or $59.95 & $99.95 would be taken from my account. I recvd the packet on 6/18, called them on 6/20 & 6/21 several times to cancel. But of course they had to take a message and no one called me until 6/23. She gave me a bogus cancellation # and by 6/24 the fees were pending on my account. When I called them back to dipute the charges, which I did several times, I of course got no where. The idiot on the other end of the phone even told me that it wasn't their responsability if I didn't get the packet within 7 days of the first transaction, which occured on 6/5 (please note that I recvd the packet on 6/18).
So, I have taken the proper steps with my bank, and have filed fraud charges thru my bank against them. I still don't know what will happen. The bank is trying to investigate this. So far, they have gotten $189.85 plus at least $58.00 in nsf charges.
But I will not let them get away with this. I am going to do anything I can to get these a? Holes out of business. Let everyone you know, even if you don't like them, about this scam. We've got to shut this down.
*If this has happened to you, close your account and get a new one ASAP. This co has enough aliases to wipe you out over and over!!!
