Scandulous / underhanded business practices and ethics

As a former employee of Telequest Corp I have first hand inside knowledge of the day to day operations on Mike Kawa. He recruites new business from unsuspecting customers all day long. Making promises he has no intentions of keeping. Once he gets a customers money he beomes invisible and pass the buck off to his right hand partner in crime Michelle Morgan (Campaign Manager). He won't answer calls, return calls or contact the customer in any way possible.

I sat at my desk day after day listnening to him swindle business after business, knowing he did not have the knowledge of the customers product or the manpower to forefill the obligation.

Mike Kawa also is apart of BNI at the pretigious Brookhaven Country Club (manager Ross Thornberg) where again he eases up to some of Dallas's most prominent citizens and works his magic to get there money with no return. Mike Kawa is a greasy, oily snake that needs to be destroyed.

After being contacted by the a Dallas Constable, the Texas Workforce Commission and Babich employment agency I was told I needed to resign before I became a deeper part of the scam. At that point I was given a payroll check that never cleared the bank. After paying my bills and having every check bounced I was affected with fees and forced to close my account. Even my last check was eaten awaya by fees from Bank Of America. Which says I should get my money from Mike Kawa. (Matt Heibert Mgr at Bank America)

Mike Kawa and Telequest owes me 2 days vacation pay, a weeks pay and any and all bank fees resulting from the return check. Total amount due is $ 940.00
