MOSES DAVID SILVERMAN settled with the FTC in 1995 for a Sham Business and to avoid a class action lawsuit in Maryland settled again in 2002 for running 2 sham businesses. Pull the court records in Maryland 24-C-02-004934. However, he is back at it this time with his wife who apparently has no scrupples and left their child unattended in a vehicle this year and yet they want people to believe she can run a title company? M in Delaware is right there is a lot more as it appears Moses is being sued by his former partners through a company called W.I.N. Stay tuned for that outcome. However, they apparently have an investigator that went in under cover working for NFM as a loan officer, from a task force that I have been trying to get to talk to me by the name of Nicole or Niki that has been a thorn in their side. Either that is not her name or she doesn't have a phone number listed. I want to reach her. She is hot on their trail and from what I was told by my client even had one of NFM processors arrested this past Monday November 20 on a warrant for a fraud charge to the state. I bet that guy went back to work on Tuesday as how can crooks police other crooks. I have also heard there are others that work there with theft charges on their records. Everyday with people personal information to include their bank statements, credit reports, social security numbers, and etc... That is like giving candy to a child of course they are going to eat it. When you put a thief around that type of information it will only be a matter of time. If anyone knows or has any influence on Ms. Nicole Orr (I guess that is her name) as I see she has been on here. Please have her call me. I am listed in the phone book and I am an attorney. Looking to aid in the fight. Nicole, Do not let NFM push you around with that breech of contract NFM does it all the time. There is alot of people behind you and we appreciate your hard work.
