Dishonesty on my credit report, 16,328. To be exact, the loan was sold and never transferred out of my name, it is not my account but is still on my credit report Ripoff

I tried several years back to have 16,328. Removed from my credit report. The original loan was through Greentree. I have all the legal documentation to prove this loan was sold to some one else and is no longer mine. Has not been mine since 1999. Yet it is on my credit report.

My husband and I tried purchasing a home 2 years ago and could not do so because of this loan on my credit report. It was supposed to have been removed several years ago. I have tried twice to have this taken care of. This is my last ditch effort to try and settle this myself. I will hire attorney if this does not get removed.
