Bankruptcy filing service ripoff. Did not deliver service but took my money. Will not return calls Jacksonville

I contacted this company to help with filing a bankruptcy. They were prompt to return calls once an online questionnaire was filled out.

A check draft was taken for $195.00. Since then the only communication I've received is one email stating they were sorry for the delay and would send my info immediately. Have not heard from them since. Will not return emails or phone calls.

I've requested a refund but still no response.
