$400 Late Fees Grew to $26,000, Two Years in Foreclosure

I also have been ripped by Wachovia as did Tina in Missouri with late fees of only $400.00 that turned into $26.000 and barely hanging on at aol this point, been fighting with them for 5 years and have been hassled by them mercilessly, we have been in foreclosure for 2 years, what we need is a class action suit
