I have recently tried to pay this debt off I called many times. The last time I spoke to a manager. He screamed and yell at me over the phone and told me not to call againIm not getting any where with these people

Im in esrow trying to buy a home. Allied interstate has a collection on my credit report. I and my loan broker tried for more than three days to get them paid off so i dont loose my loan. They were extreemly rude. They mishandled everything.

I called them and tried a check thru the phone they put it thru post dated the very day my time for contengency is due. I called them many many times and ask them to push the check thru they wouldnt. I called my bank and asked them what to do. They told me to pay them off with my debit card.

I called again and after the third call that day they did take my debit card number. I took the following day off from work to straighten this out. I called and spoke with the manager. He screamed and yelled at me over the phone so load my 70 % deaf roomate heard him. He told me not to call them anymore he also told me how can you buy a home when you cant even pay your bills. I told my broker what he said and she told me he yelled at her so much she it put her in tears. Then he (the manager) slamed the phone down and wouldnt speak with her.
