HFC Household Finance they took money out of my banking account without my knowlege or authorization

HFC took money out of my bank account without my knowledge or my authorization twice in October, the first time they did it I called them and asked them why did they do that, they told me it had been authorized and I asked them by who and when, they did'nt seem to have that information and I told them then to not take anymore money out of my account and a couple weeks later they did again and this they took double the amount they took last, I was furious, I called again and they gave me the same storey as before, this time a called my band and they advised me to call them back and tell to put the money back in my account for both times and reimburse me for the $350.00 over draft charges that was caused by this, well I did and they refused, so I called my bank bank and they said the only thing I could do was to file a fraud complaint with them and they will investigate. They have caused me so much stress not to mention financial problems. I was already going through financial hardship anyway, my mother passed away in may and that put me behind on all my bills so I was struggling to get caught up on everything and this just makes it harder. I really wished I could do something about this because this should be against the law, in my opinion this is fraud.
