Ripoff Dishonest fraudulent billing practices Not a pleasure to do business with

Hello All I am not with Ocwen by choice. My loan was sold to them. I lost my job after 20 years. And fell behind on my mortgage payments. After several phone conversations and the identity of my race was revealed. I ended up filling Ch 13 bk. Before I filled my interest rate was 9.9 post petition it went up to 14.125% (punishment for not playing their rip off game with them) It is funny how every month I get my statement and all the same assessed fees are continuing to climb.
They must have forgotten what they reported to the bk court. My statements do not even state the money they have received from the court towards my previous balances owed. I was charged 2,950.00 for so called legal/collection fees 1 form letter from a lawyer where I live. Property Valuation Expence 723.00 (They knew how much the house was worth when they brought the contract only 6-9months before. Bankruptcy Expense 150.00 and several other charges. That I thought were out of line. Ocwen and it's reputation is in the toilet with me and I pray that someday I can flush it. I am glad I found this site. I know now that I am not alone.
