Debited my bank account after canceling service. Ripoff

I am totally dismayed to have come across this website when I was looking for a phone number for CIC. To see that 1470 people have had the same experience is aggravating. I totally agree that everyone on this website needs to file a class action suit on this company. I am now trying to recover my lost money and after reading one of these entries. I do have some hope. Good luck to everyone else that has to deal with this company.
