My Husband And I Filed So called bankruptcy with this company in July filled out all the forms then was asked to send in the $195.00 filing fee and we did (As I have the check from the bank stating it had been cashed, Have had one conversation with Greg Bohl's to verify all forms where in, Did not heard anything for 6 months called several times, E-mailed serval times nothing.

It has now been over a year and although we have moved And yes I have given the new address and phone number about 6 times We still don't know were we stand, And as of now we have had to start paying small but monthly payment to each company or business owed I just want answers? What Are the doing? Or is this a BIG RIP_OFF?
