I sold a home in new port richey fla for 425k to Laurie Christensen who was or still is married to Lucian Gago. She & her other party James R Wagner susposedly her boyfriend who lives at 2585 Countryside Blvd apt 111 Clearwater, Fla. 33761.

They got me to carry a second mortgage for 85k then made 1 payment and abandoned the property and stopped paying.
Laurie owns Sunshine Mortgage & investments in Tampa Fl. This home is being foreclosed by the first mortgage company and i will lose the 85k second. I then get a call from a private investgator from Texas looking for a Laura Gago that purchased my home and tells me she is wanted for fraud in Texas and that she is still married to Lucian Gago in Ft. Lauderdale Fl.

So now if this is true she purchased my home under a false name and left me with a great loss. My neighbors tell me they believe this was a scam to get the property for 85k less by getting the owner to hold as much a mortgage as possible then let it foreclose and have a friend bid it back knowing what the first mortgage is. Her boyfriend told me she has pulled this type of scam before and also feels this is her intentions, they broke up and he moved out. I strongly suggest no one hold a second mortgage for anyone. I never will after this.
