Ameriplan & Sarah Brooks (a Representative)
Ripoff

I stumbled upon Ameriplan off-handling searching the internet one evening in August. I entered my email address and phone number and was contacted almost immediately by a representative who said her name was Sarah Brooks. We talked about Ameriplan as a homebased business and at the time I was very enthusiastic about the venture. Unfortunately I had given Ms. Brooks (if that's her real name) my checking account information as as they say I closed the barn door after the cows got out;

Nevertheless I started investigating and discovered that I need to back off from this venture and sent Ms. Brooks an email stating that I wasn't interested, along with some other fellow whose name I can only remember as Tim or Tom (something) anyway, she sent an email back with all the reasons why Ameriplan was this legitimate company with all this promise and shortly after that I started receiving emails from other people in Ameriplan of which I didn't respond.

To make a long story short. Ameriplan has debited my checking account even though I clearly stated that I was no longer interested in the company. It appears that it's more like a pyramid scheme and pyramids are not what I'm interested in.

I've emailed Ms. Brooks about debiting my checking account and have had no response from her. It's like she's fallen off the face of the earth.

As for their product I opened the UPS envelope but everything else is still wrapped in plastic which I plan to promptly ship back to them. And I will be contacting my bank. There must be something or some law that is against companies such as Ameriplan.
