Ripoff had me send 1400$ in a money gram then the next day said i needed another 1400

I wanted a loan for 10,000 and they said i needed a collaterol and i needed to send them 1400$ then the money would be in my account the next day. And i got a message saying i there was a problem and i needed to send them another 1400. And i wasnt able to so i said no i want my money back, and they would send it to me on oct 18 cause thats when the pay out would be.
Well its the 18 and i dont have the money!
