Discriminate

I went to an interview with Bacardi Inc.in Miami Fl on Tuesday 10/17/06 and interviewed with a person by the name of Alba Negron. During the interview I felt she asked me alot of racial and inappropriate questions in the interview and in my opinion I have been discriminated by Bacardi on receiving employment. First of all I was asked many illegal questions like my age and where I am originally from. I was also asked if English would be a problem for me at work when I was basically born in the United States. I honestly believe I was discriminated by this person and have a strong belief that I was not hired because of her discrimination. First of all I have been an accounts payable supervisor for a fortune 500 company and now some racist here is telling me that I am not qualified for the position of account payable specialist which is a step down in hierarchy.
