Lied to us and mislead us for 4 weeks ripoff

This company is a bunch of liars and unprofessional boys that do not know how to run a business. We tried to refinance through this company and we were told for 4 weeks that our deal was approved, we had a closing set up that never happened and then after we called for the hundreth time and finally spoke to someone they told us that our deal was never approved and that the employee we were dealing with was fired because of misleading us for so long-well, needless to say that employee was never fired-that was also a lie.

I have never received one phone call from anybody there acknowledging the fraud that went on, from the v.P., to the President to the CEO-nobody! We never received one disclosure throughout the whole process and to this day we have never received a denial letter that they claimed to have sent weeks ago.

I complained with the BBB but that didn't get me anywhere-the company just responded with some response they looked up in their company manual. This company is BAD, BAD, BAD! Liars and scammers that will not take responsibility!
