Ripoff Stealing unathorized debit

I am not sure how, but this company got my debit/check card while I was making an on-line purchase and has now charged my account 12.95. My bank said that I could file a dispute but to avoid the transaction from appearing next month, I would have to cancel my card. I did not order a credit report from any free.com site or otherwise. I did sign my VISA up in a rewards program today and the charge appeared moments after doing so. I will assume that this is where they swiped my information from. Just be careful in using any cards over the internet obviously. I googled the company and it let me to this site and many fraudulant stories.
