Ripoff took money won't return won't return phone calls

Will not return phone call. Won't return my 100.00 After I did what they told me to do. I've been fighting with them since Sept 9th about getting my money back never received credit card and I also called and cancel the card after they called me. I also faxed a bank statement like they told me to get the money back still havn't returned the money
