Stewart Title Company - ripoff Title Artist painted a picture of lies and deceit with my deposit and down payment with no interest

I made a Deposit and Downpayment 2 years ago and my money was not deposited in he interest bearing account. I demanded the release of my funds as there was no contract and the escrow did not closed.

On May 15, according to the escrow Officer the seller instructed her to contact me to sign the cancellation instruction. I signed the cancellation instruction, then seller decided not to sign their portion. Stewart Title Company were in cahot with the seller and as a resultI wrote a letter to them to release my money, but to no avail. Stewart Title Company would not release my fundseven the seller refused to sign their portion (The seller breach the contract would not sell the property in the agreed price, they want to sell it at a higher price).

What would I do? Please assist me! The seller want to hold my money, because the seller's Attorney would like to use my money to pay him. Another things, without any funding, they assume I would loss my case against the seller.
