I, like the other dozen consumer complaintss, thought I was odering a free book and CD. Also like them I received more than that, a set of CDs and a 2nd book. They were ALL just a come on to buy more products or books. No real information or anything of value was included in the books or CD's.
Then I was charged $99.90 at a time when my checking account was low and caused two checks to be returned, cost me $60 in fees.
When I called they were nice, transferred me to the return department, where they tried to sell me this useless information for $19.90 and refund me $80.00. No! Then they tried to sell me the useless information for $14.95 and refund $85. No! They finally gave me the return address. Which I had to pay the return shipping.
How can this not be a scam when they first send you something you didn't request, place the conditions of the return policy hidden in their web site where it is difficult to find, and then after they find out they can't steal $99.90 from you they offered to sell it to you at a 85% discount. That spells out very clearly fraud and scam!
