Ripoff They took the money we paid them but did not fullfill their part of the agreement

I have been trying to get in contact with them, but no one answers the phone. They did send us a letter with their new number, no one has tried to contact us by phone. We need some assistance asap. The credit card company has put this matter into court. We were told not to contact, or make any payment to them. Now our Credit is no good. We tried to get a loan so we could consolodate our bills. No one will lend us any money because of this matter. We need some kind of help to take care of this situtation that we are in. We would like our money back or them to do their job.
