Ripoff personal loans take your money

I was called by a man named James Franklin from Green Tree Capital telling me that i had been approved for the $5ooo personal loan that i had applied for. He said taht it was a fixed interest rate of 6% over 4 years making that a payment of 117.56. He said all i had to do was send in 6 months worth of payments in advance a total of $703.00 and then the money would be wired into my account the next day. I did that then I got a phone call from a man name Arthur Miles saying that i needed to send in another 6 months worth of payments because the lenders insurance wouldnt secure the loan without it because of my credit history so i did that, like an idiot, and low and behold a few hours later they called back and told me that the lender had backed completely out and that they were going to seek legal action against the lender and that i would have my money refunded but not until October 18th.

He then asked us if we wnated to get a ten thousand dollar loan then all we had to do was to send in a mere 14oo dollars more, my husband then got on the phone and let him no where to put that idea. My bank looked over the contract that i signed with green tree and said it is a legal contract and had me contact the local police because we all highly doubt we will ever see my money again. LIke a fool we belived these guys and now we cant even get them to call us back. We told them we were hiring a lawyer and they said good, sue us. We asked to speak to the hirer up but were informed by this Arthur Miles guy that the Ceo doesnt speak to customers. I warn everybody out there to watch out for these people. I have turned them in to my states attorney general and to the FTC but that wont help get our money back, we live in a smaller town and we cant find a lawyer that deals with this kind of situation here. So please pass the word on for people to be on the look out for these money robbing people.
