Predatory lending

I too am a victim of OcWen and their predatory lending practices. When my loan was sold to them three years ago, they did not properly credit my payments and would not respond to anything, phone, fax. They then began foreclosure proceedings. I was flabbergasted! They don't accurately post, ruin your credit and charge fees that I have no idea what they are for. I never had any representative try to work it out or resolve it or offer me anything.

On the contrary. They charged me for insurance that I already paid for, had proof of, and had the agent herself call. They are still charging me and have not corrected it. I attempted to refinance, but they have ruined my credit by reporting me late, even though I now have paid on time through an attorney for two years. It never ends.

I had to file chapter 13 to save myself. All I want tis to be able to refinance and get away from them. Please, anyone out there who can help??? I don't want to loose my house. I am a single mom. Anyone thought of a class action. They have ruined my life. I have to see a therapist due to the constant stress of worrying when they will take my house from me. None of the reps will return calls or talk to me. I get voice mail and no answer and "this extensin doesn't respond to this system".

I am at my wits end. Any advice??? I can't afford any more lawyers.
