Ripoff

I was contacted by a Joseph Craumwell from Union Financial. He told me I was approved for a $5,000 loan. All he needed was for me to sign a loan agreement which he faxed to me. He needed me to send a insurance fee and an advance 3 month payment of $616.64. He said to western union it to a Millicent Ellis. (use the green form. He also said to make sure I fill out the question and answer section on the form.

Once everything was completed, he said I should have my money with 2-3 hours. I waited and never received anything. I tried calling and got no answer for a while. Joseph was never available to talk.
I spoke with a guy named desmond and a guy named alan&who both hung up on me, and also a michael row.
No one helped me.

So I finally spoke to a young woman (I wasn't able to get her name) she mentioned that my loan was not processed because I needed to pay an additional $499, I said no. I explain to her that I knew this was a scam and she laughed and said you can call back another time. Then she hung up

I have contacted every source I can think of
consumer affairs, FBI, IC3, Police Department, Attorney.
Please don't fall for this! It"s a scam
