Ripoff dishonest fraudulent billing

I was told that this is a credit building card and that they report to major credit companies. When I called customer service they told me the same thing.
I saw many others that have had the same company do this to them. I paid them 300 dollars and was given the impression that this was a credit card. I did not find out that I could only use the card for their catalog until They took the money out of my bank account.
