Scam organization getting for service we're not aware

My spouseis charge card continues to be billed for last a few months with 9$ 12$ and 9. We believed it for cash loan like a company cost. But realized that they've been getting despite paying the entire amount back. Appears like this a scam organization getting for service-we are ignorant. Beaware of the organization. If anybody has recommendation on the best way to get the cash back may deliver an email.
