Hi

I was told that they would help with my debt consoldation of my bills but that did not happen. I had used one bank account with them and then I need to change bank account information and I recieved an cofirmation letter from them that this had happened. Then I get notified again from them that they still had the old bank information on file and I needed to do the bank account information again. Now I was late on my bills and now was being charged fees for late bills. I have wrote them several letters to send my money back. I just now called and they told me that they can not refund my money. All they like to do is scam people out of money. They took 300 dollars from me. This company should be invegisted by fbi or law enforment when they are trying to use there loop holes and contract to scam people. I have not paid the debts off since this company could never get things right from the go. Do not use this company they are bad for buiness and cant even get an response from them. I called and all the mangers are out for lunch. Yeah right just another road block they want to put up.
