Litton Loan
Ripoff how can this company be in business? Where is our government?

I've read report after report regarding the illegial activity of Litton Loan. Personally, I just finally got out from under my loan with them (which by the way was sold to them). I'm not sure if anyone actually gets a loan with them ON PURPOSE. Anyway, they held our loan for appx 2 yrs. We were never late with our payment. I signed a contract on a new home, was pre-approved for a VA loan. BUT, after getting into the loan process found that Litton had reported me over 30 days on a payment this year, disqualifying me from getting this loan. This was a payment I made over the phone. I called Litton, received VERY RUDE service but managed to get the A-Hole to look on my account for that month. They posted the payment over 2 weeks after it was received. I asked them to send that proof to me so I could provide it to the new lender and they refused. They said I would have to fax the request and would receive an answer in 2-6 weeks. There were more issues as we proceeded to close this loan, but I'm out of room. All i can say is that there is a special place in h*l for litton loan owners and employees. The government should shut this joke of a company down.
