After promising the funds in ten days and making a good sells pitch, I sent him my last $2000.00 and 60 days and a number of excuses he has not funded any thing and has not sent back my deposit as it says in he intent letter. Not do buisness with this person (richard giuliano, the la costa foundation or what ever he decided to call himself)
