Ripoff

Ask them to cancel my activation cause its not want i thought it was that i thought it was a credit card but stated to me that they would send me information in the mail to look at. I told them to cancel but they keep on telling me they would be sending me something in the mail to look at. That i could call before Sept. 13 to cancel. Can u please help me with this. Try and make u do something u don't want to do.
