Ruined my credit by not fixing errors on their end and refusing to disclose true finance fees ripoff

I made the mistake of consolodating my 0 percent to 3.8 percent intrest cards to just have one bill to automatically pay at 0%. I asked the person to tell me the dates of payment to set up which I did. Then found out they told me the wrong date which made it appear late. They did this three times.

Each time I called, I did get the persons first and last names, very important to do by the way and they waived the late fee. After the third time they increased my finance charge to 24 percent and said it was because I was late three times. They also closed my account which messed my credit of 770 to 653!! I have been saving for a house and in one swooped destroyed what I had been working for.

I paid off the 17k in four months (that was 4 months ago and they refuse to report my account payoff as well as reopen it saying I closed it and also continued to take payments out of my account after it was paid and had a zero balance - they will act like they can't do anything and it is all computer generated) I went through more phone calls, with supervisors, other managers (12 people total), insisted on letters stating the error on their side to have as proof for any lender on a home and then they say they can't do because they can't type - it is all "automatic".

Never ever do any business with this company or you will never regret anything more.
